Your skin is just a mirror of your diet, and hence, it is essential to eat healthily. If you want that radiating and soft skin, then strive to be healthy from inside. Stop eating junk and go green to enhance your internal health.

 

 Spinach and papaya are potent oxidants, while carrots, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes furnish your body with beta carotene. Vitamin C repairs your damaged skin cells and is a booster in treating dark circles.

Keeping it simple

No wonder too many cooks spoil the broth. Hence try to maintain your beauty routine manageable and uncomplicated. Cleanser, toner, and moisturizer should be in your purse.
