What methods of payment do you accept?
No card information is ever saved at Aashi Beauty. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment – PayPal or Moneris. We accept all major cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc. If you checkout using PayPal you do NOT need to create a PayPal account in order to use this payment option.

Will my credit card information be stored in your system?
No card information is ever saved at Aashi Beauty. Card information remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. With that in mind all transactions are processed through secure forms of payment.
We at Aashi Beauty take many active steps to ensure the safety of your credit card and personal details. In addition to processing all payments through our secure checkouts, we protect all data using a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processer to protect your private data.

Why is my payment being declined?
At checkout, please ensure that all personal information matches that of which is associated with your credit card – name, address, etc. If there are any discrepancies in the information provided, the transaction will not be processed as our payment processing system is highly secure. If you are unsure of these details, please contact your credit card company to verify the information on file.
Please keep in mind that Aashi Beauty is a Canadian based company, meaning that if your credit card is restricted to making international purchases your payment may not be processed. To ensure that this is not the case, please contact your credit card company and verify that your credit card is not restricted.
If your payment continues to decline, we would advise checking out through one of our alternative secure payment options – the regular checkout (Moneris) or PayPal.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer care specialists at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name(s) of the item(s) you are wanting to order and your shipping address and we will e-mail you a custom invoice.

For international order, we would advise contacting the bank which issued your credit/debit card as they determine the exact exchange rate which you will be charged. Please keep in mind that the amount specified on your order confirmation invoice from Aashi Beauty is the amount charged in the selected currency. The rate may change given the exchange rate of your banking institution.
Please note, when a refund is issued the amount taken from the original funding source is returned when refunded by the seller – minus any return fees. Please visit our Refund and Exchange policy for more details:

Why did I get charged an extra $1-$10 international fee on my statement?
The “international fee” you are seeing on your statement are not from Aashi Beauty but rather from your banking institution. You may confirm these details by contacting your bank provider.
This fee which you see on your statement is a charge by your bank from ordering from a Canadian website as Aashi Beautyis a Canadian operated company. The benefit from our Canadian website is that the taxes are included in the price provided, whereas you would otherwise have to pay the additional tax of your state on your purchase. The “international fee” of your bank works out to be cheaper.
Please note that the amount specified on your order invoice is the amount charged from Aashi Beauty and we do NOT charge any additional fees. This fee is not refundable by Aashi Beauty as this fee is not charged by us. If you have any further inquiries regarding this fee, please contact your banking provider.
