Distance is not a barrier!

We do as we promise, we offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders over $99. All orders place will be processed within 2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday only and we cannot guarantee the delivery of your products on weekends or during holidays. there is also room for express shipping which come at a non refundable price.

Kindly note that we don't ship orders immediately and it might take up to 2 days before your orders are processed. once your order ships, we will send a notification e-mail to you with the tracking link.

How long does shipping take? 
Depending on your location the shipping times will vary as we do offer several different methods of shipping. With that said standard shipping within the US and Canada is free and for any upgraded shipping methods there will be an additional charge. Please find a chart below for a detailed layout of the shipping methods we offer:


Please keep in mind that the shipping rates will vary depending on the product(s) you have ordered. In other words, the cost of shipping for hair extensions, styling tools and multiple items will fluctuate.

Please note, there is a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before orders are shipped. Once an order has completed processing you will be notified via e-mail and be issued your tracking link.

When will I know my order has shipped, how do I track my package?

Momentarily after your payment has cleared, you will receive an order confirmation stating your order details. From this point, your order will be sent to our processing facility to be processed for shipment. Once your order has been processed you will be issued your tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update as there is a processing time of 1 to 2 business days for all orders from the moment your order has been placed. Generally, once your order has left our warehouse it can take up to 24 hours to update given that UPS will have to process the order into their system.

Why has my tracking number not updated?
If your tracking number has not updated within the processing time of 1 to 2 business days, please e-mail our orders department at info@aashibeauty.comimmediately, please ensure to include your order number.

We do understand the importance of receiving your parcel within a timely manner and hence the reason why we urge for you to contact us if your tracking link has not updated after the processing time as we want to resolve this matter as soon as possible so you can receive your Aashi Beauty products!

I have not received my order and my tracking link states that is has been delivered, what do I do?

First off, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced any issues with your order and we at Aashi Beauty are here to assist you in resolving any issues!

If you have not received your order and the tracking link states that the order has been delivered, please e-mail our orders department immediately orders@aashibeauty.com and our orders department will work towards resolving this matter. Please ensure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue which you have experienced.

* We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

How long does order processing take?
Processing time for orders is between 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. In other words, all orders are subject to processing time.

Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking link!

* Please note that regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout orders can take between 1 to 2 business days to process before they are shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally using UPS Worldwide Express Saver. This shipping method is a fast and safe form of shipping, which takes only 2 to 4 business days for your order to be delivered once it has shipped.

Please keep in mind that there is a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before orders have shipped. Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking link.

Do I have to pay customs or duties on my order?
International customers located outside of the United States & Canada are responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes, and/or any other fees that may be collected from their local government. These fees are not collected by Aashi beauty and are from your local carrier or government – meaning that Aashi beauty will not be held responsible for any additional charges from your local government and these fees cannot be refunded.

Aashi beauty does not charge any additional fees. In other words, the amount indicated on your order confirmation is the amount charged in the selected currency. Duties and taxes are not included in international orders (outside of the United States) on the price of goods you purchase from our site. All applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the buyer in order to retrieve their package.

If the duties, taxes, and/or any other fees which may be collected by your local carrier or government are not paid your order will be declared as abandoned and you will not be issued a refund. Please ensure to contact your local government for more details regarding customs fees and any other fees which your local government may issue.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
We do not ship to PO BOXES. If a PO BOX address is entered upon checkout and your order has been processed and shipped, we at Aashi beauty will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages as it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the address provided upon checkout is secure.

In the case that your order has been processed and shipped, we would advise contacting UPS immediately to have your address updated to a secure, physical address.
