Yes! We at Aashi Beauty stand by our professional grade hair styling tools and we are pleased to offer a 90 Day Guarantee and 1 Year Limited Warranty on all styling tools!

* We have right to refuse warranty if product is UNREGISTERED, with no serial # 

Please note that all Aashi Beauty styling tools are manufactured to the highest standards using only the best materials. In rare cases your Aashi Beauty hair styling tool may have a mechanical defect. Need not to worry as we at Aashi Beauty will do our absolute best to resolve any issues.

* IMPORTANT: Aashi Beauty does not guarantee the quality of products sold by any unauthorized distributors. All warranties are forfeited when purchasing Aashi Beauty products from any site other than Aashi Beauty or a licensed dealer.

 


What is the 90 Day Guarantee?
Aashi Beauty styling tools are manufactured to the highest standards using only the best materials! All units are tested prior to leaving our facility to ensure that they meet our high-quality control standards.

If a claim is made AFTER the 90 day period, the customer would need to ship the defective item to our main office to verify defect, in which then a replacement would be sent. 

In rare cases a mechanical defect may occur with your Aashi Beauty hair styling tool within 90 days of the confirmed delivery date from Aashi Beauty Under our 90 Day Guarantee if you experience any issues within 90 calendar days of confirmed delivery from Aashi Beauty we will replace the unit or non-working part(s) at no cost.

* Our Warranty Policy will not cover damage from: theft, fire, misuse, improper care and overall negligence towards the hair styling tool. Hair extensions and accessories are not included in our warranty policy.

What is the 1 Year Limited Warranty?
Aashi Beauty products are backed by our great 1 Year Limited Warranty, meaning that once you have exceeded 90 days from the confirmed date of delivery by Aashi Beauty you move into our great 1 Year Limited Warranty!

All styling tools are backed under our great 1 Year Limited Warranty, meaning that if you experience any mechanical issues after you have exceeded the 90 Day Guarantee and your unit is not functioning correctly it can be replaced at a reduced cost within 1 year from the confirmed date of delivery.
